For more than 25 years, Susan Johnson has been a leading expert in fundraising, leveraging her extensive knowledge and experience in the not-for-profit sector. After attending Cincinnati State and Auction School while working at Procter & Gamble, she discovered her passion for fundraising and event development. She believes in adding "FUN" to fundraising and ensuring guest satisfaction. Her collaborative style, combined with her number one strength, "WOO" (Winning Others Over from the book "Now Discover Your Strengths"), has helped her cultivate strong relationships with corporate partners and sponsors, leading to enhanced revenue and fundraising success for organizations.
Susan teaches at State Conventions as well as National Auctioneer Association events. Susan attends advance education seminars to continue learning to benefit her clients and herself.
Susan's ambassador approach to fundraising has raised over $2 billion for her clients over the past 25 years. She is currently licensed in four states and believes in continuous education, attending hundreds of hours of training through State Auctioneer Associations and the National Auctioneer's Association. In addition, Susan is the 2023 Ohio Auctioneers Association President and a Lifetime Member, as well as a member of the Indiana and Kentucky State Auctioneers Associations. She has served on several committees at the National Auctioneers Association and was a former Ohio State Bid Calling Champion in 2007 and 2008.
